Arizona Down Payment Grant Programs

At HomePad Lending, we have down payment assistance programs available in every county in Arizona. All of our programs are grants, fully forgiven at closing. Most people do not even realize they’re eligible for down payment grants as most major lenders prefer a client make their own down payment. You must get pre-approved with HomePad Lending in order to receive any of our down payment grant offers. This is what we’re looking for to get you approved:

HomePad Advantage
At HomePad Lending, we have access to a down payment grant that will cover the entire down payment for an FHA loan. By using this program you will receive 3.5% of the purchase price in the form of a grant at closing. This requires you to put nothing down. You must get pre-approved with HomePad Lending to get approved for this program. Generally speaking, this is what they’re looking for:
- 620+ Credit Score
- First-time or repeat homebuyer is OK
- This program has no income limits and is available throughout the entire state of Arizona. This is our most popular program. You can start by checking your eligibility.
1% Down Conventional
At HomePad Lending, we have access to a 1% Down Payment Conventional Loan. This program allows you to put 1% Down and you receive a 2% Grant from the lender to meet the total 3% down payment requirement for a conventional loan. You must get pre-approved with HomePad Lending to get approved for this program. Generally speaking, this is what they’re looking for:
- 620+ Credit Score
- First-time or repeat homebuyer is OK
- This program has income and purchase price limits which vary based on the area you’re looking to purchase. You can start by checking your eligibility.
Examples:
- $250,000 Home Purchase = $2500 down payment
- $300,000 Home Purchase = $3000 down payment
- $350,000 Home Purchase = $3500 down payment

Up To $20,000 Assistance Available Per Household
